GPMX Intermediate Lessons at OAO24
GPMX’s Next Level Off-Road class at Over And Out 2024 offered Friday, September 13 or Saturday, September 14, 2024 from 10am-4pm.
Course Description: This is a Novice-to-Intermediate (skill rating 2-3) course, available either Friday 9/13 or Saturday 9/14 from 10am-2pm. These classes are conducted first in grass fields then expand to trails, instilling basic off-road riding techniques in you along the way. This course will take you through a series of exercises to enhance your experience operating the clutch and throttle, braking, turning, body position, standing, riding rocky terrain, small obstacles, and more.
General knowledge of motorcycle operation required.
For anyone with little-to-moderate dirt bike experience, requiring more attention and practice in moderate speed, agility and terrain more challenging than flat grass.
BIKE & TIRE DETAILS / REQUIREMENTS: You can rent a GPMX fleet bike, or BYO dirt bike or dual sport that you find manageable in height, weight and power. Recommended max 300cc. Tires are ideally full knobby, but a minimum of 70/30 dual-sport is acceptable.

GEAR REQUIREMENTS: These bookings do not include gear. You must have a full-face dirt helmet, goggles, off-road motorcycle boots, moto pants and jersey, knee pads or knee braces, and your preferred combination of additional protective pads for chest, back, shoulder and/or elbow.
